Your data
Delete Calveil data
You stay in control of every connected account, calendar link, and generated event.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email contact@calveil.com from the Google email address used to sign in to Calveil. Use the subject “Calveil data deletion” and include the following:
- the account email address and your display name;
- whether managed future events should be removed or kept and detached; and
- a deletion operation ID, if you already started deletion in the app.
Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, calendar identifiers, or event contents. EO Solutions may request additional information needed to verify that the account is yours. Requests are handled without undue delay and, for requests under GDPR, within one month unless the law permits an extension and you are notified.
Requests without an account
You can contact contact@calveil.com to request deletion of correspondence or other personal data even if you have no Calveil account. Public meeting booking is a planned feature. Once available, visitors will also be able to request deletion by contacting us with their booking email and enough information to locate the request. The host controls any separate copies in its calendar or mailbox; contact the host about those copies. Where we process booking data on a host’s behalf, we will assist the host in handling your request.
Before revoking Google access
If you want Calveil to remove or detach managed events, start deletion before revoking Calveil in your Google Account. Revoking access first can prevent external cleanup. Revocation by itself does not delete Calveil's local account data; complete one of the deletion methods above as well.
Temporary records after deletion
Privacy-safe activity records are normally retained for 30 days and then removed by bounded cleanup cycles; physical deletion can take longer during a backlog. The private browser receipt can report deletion status for 30 days. A limited opaque operation record and disaster-recovery copies may remain temporarily for integrity, support, and recovery, then age out under the normal retention cycle. They are not used to reactivate the deleted account.
Events you choose to keep and detach remain in Google Calendar and are governed by your Google account and calendar-sharing settings. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
