Service and contract

Calveil creates managed availability events between calendars you own and explicitly connect. Features include Google sign-in, connecting calendar authorizations, configuring one-way calendar links, synchronization and reconciliation, activity history, metadata export, and account cleanup and deletion.

The agreement is formed when you use Google sign-in to create a Calveil account and request the service. These terms are available free of charge before and during use and can be saved or printed from your browser. The account agreement continues until ended. You may end it at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. Account holders must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement; if you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. The interface is in English. These terms are available in English and Polish. The Polish version governs interpretation where required by Polish consumer law.

Public meeting bookings — planned feature

Public booking is not currently available. When introduced, it will allow hosts to publish available meeting times and visitors to request a meeting through a public link. The terms and privacy information will be shown before a visitor submits a booking. Only features actually made available in the interface form part of the service you request.

Hosts must have authority to offer the times and meeting services they publish, provide accurate information and a contact method, and disclose any meeting price and cancellation conditions before booking. Publishing a link makes the selected profile and availability public. Hosts must not publish someone else’s private calendar information or request unnecessary sensitive data. Business hosts must provide their own privacy notice and enter into an appropriate data processing agreement with EO Solutions before using Calveil to process invitee data on their behalf.

Visitors must use a contact address they control and submit genuine meeting requests. Review the time zone, host, and any conditions before submitting. A displayed slot alone is not confirmation: rely on the booking confirmation and contact the host if it does not arrive. Use the available cancellation or rescheduling method or contact the host promptly if plans change. Do not forward a private booking-management link.

Calveil provides scheduling technology. A meeting or other service supplied by a third-party host is a separate arrangement with that host, who is responsible for its delivery and applicable consumer obligations. EO Solutions is responsible for its own meetings and for operating Calveil under these terms. A booking does not grant the host permission to send marketing or remove any statutory cancellation right.

Price

The current Calveil service is provided without charge. No fee will be introduced for your existing use without clear advance pricing, updated terms where necessary, and any acceptance required by law.

Technical requirements

You need an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled, and a Google account with access to the calendars you connect. Future booking visitors will not need to connect a Google account. Calendar features require the Google permissions shown during authorization. You are responsible for your device, connection, Google account security, and any provider charges unrelated to Calveil.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to connect each account and calendar. You are responsible for reviewing any title-sharing template before enabling it and for the people who can access a destination calendar. Keep account access secure, provide accurate information, and promptly revoke sessions or connections you no longer control.

You retain rights in content you provide. You authorize Calveil to access and process it only as needed to provide the features you request. If a title or other data concerns another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to copy it to the selected destination calendar.

Prohibited use

You may not use Calveil to access another person's calendars without permission, provide unlawful content, infringe rights, bypass security or provider controls, interfere with the service, harvest personal information, make abusive or automated fake bookings, distribute malware, or overload Google, Cloudflare, or Calveil systems.

Google and third-party services

Calveil is an independent service and is not endorsed by Google. Your use of Google remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. Google or Cloudflare availability, permissions, quotas, policy changes, or account restrictions can delay or prevent a Calveil operation.

Privacy and generated events

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data and Google user data are handled. A destination event is created in the Google calendar you select and can be visible to people who have access to that calendar. Calveil does not act as a backup, archive, or substitute for reviewing your Google Calendar data.

Availability, maintenance, and changes

Synchronization can be delayed by provider delivery, permissions, quotas, or maintenance. Calveil may pause affected links to protect data integrity and may temporarily suspend service for security, maintenance, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons. There is no guaranteed uptime or synchronization deadline, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity may be made to address changes in law or Google APIs, prevent abuse, improve security or accessibility, or improve scheduling functionality. Such changes will not impose an extra charge on consumers. We will explain changes clearly. For a change that materially and negatively affects access or use, we will provide advance notice in a form you can retain, such as email, explaining the change, date, and right to end the agreement. Where statutory digital service rules apply, you may terminate without notice or charge within 30 days of the change or notification, whichever is later, unless you can keep the conforming service unchanged at no extra cost. Required consent will be obtained before a change applies.

Changes to these terms will be limited to the same reasons or to accurately describe newly offered features. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material contractual changes for existing accounts, except where a binding legal requirement requires a shorter period. Changes do not apply retroactively. You may end the agreement before they take effect; publishing a new page alone does not constitute your consent where consent is required.

Cleanup and account termination

You may pause or delete a link, disconnect Google access, or delete your account. For destructive cleanup, you choose whether Calveil should remove managed future or ongoing events or keep them and detach Calveil markers. Cleanup is attempted while credentials remain usable; ambiguous or unprovable external changes fail closed and may require follow-up. Calveil then revokes access and removes local credentials and configuration under the Privacy Policy.

Calveil may restrict or terminate an account that materially or repeatedly violates these terms, creates a security risk, or must be restricted by law. Where circumstances permit, you will receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue or export metadata first.

Intellectual property

Calveil's software, interface, brand, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership of Calveil or Google technology.

Complaints and support

Send complaints or support requests to contact@calveil.com. Include the email associated with your account, a description of the issue, when it occurred, and the outcome you request. Do not send OAuth tokens, passwords, or event contents. Complaints are reviewed without undue delay. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt on paper or another durable medium, such as email; any shorter mandatory deadline applies. Other support requests are handled as promptly as reasonably possible.

Consumer withdrawal and service conformity

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your Calveil account agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to the postal or email address above before the deadline. You may use: “I withdraw from my Calveil service agreement, concluded on [date], for account [email]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” No particular form is required; add a signature only for a paper statement. We will acknowledge an emailed withdrawal by email. The current service is free, so there is no withdrawal charge. Signing in does not waive this right. Account deletion remains available afterwards.

Where mandatory digital-service protections apply, we must supply a service that conforms to the agreement, including required security updates. You may require us to remedy non-conformity free of charge within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If the statutory conditions are met, you may end the agreement or obtain a proportionate price reduction for a paid service. A free service does not remove applicable remedies. These protections also apply to sole traders to the extent Polish law gives them consumer-equivalent rights.

Consumers can seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or find out-of-court dispute-resolution information through UOKiK. We will state whether we agree to an applicable alternative dispute procedure when required in our complaint response. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not restrict access to a competent court.

Responsibility

Each party is responsible for loss it causes under applicable law. Calveil is not responsible for a failure caused solely by your device, connection, unauthorized use of your account, or a third-party service outside Calveil's control, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence, and disputes may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under mandatory rules. Before court proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Calveil so the issue can be resolved directly.
